1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Numbrtech. By accessing the service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy , and our Acceptable Use Policy .
If you do not agree, do not create an account, fund a wallet, or purchase a service through Numbrtech.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your country. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity, you may use Numbrtech only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law, a sanction, a court order, or another binding restriction.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password, Google account, email account, and devices used to access Numbrtech.
You must not share your account, impersonate another person, create accounts using unauthorized information, or allow another person to use your account for prohibited activity.
Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We will never request your password by email.
4. Services and availability
Numbrtech provides access to supported digital services, which may include temporary virtual numbers, longer-term number rentals, gift cards, and related account or wallet features.
Available products, countries, providers, prices, denominations, delivery times, and features may change. A product appearing in the catalogue does not guarantee that it will remain available when an order is submitted.
We may add, change, pause, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, provider availability, or business operations.
5. Wallet funding and payments
Wallet funds are intended only for purchasing supported Numbrtech services. The wallet is not represented as a bank account, savings account, investment product, or interest-bearing deposit.
Deposits may be processed by an independent payment provider. A deposit is credited only after Numbrtech verifies successful payment. Processing delays, provider reviews, reversals, or bank delays may affect when funds become available.
You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Fraudulent deposits, unauthorized chargebacks, payment manipulation, or attempts to exploit wallet balances are prohibited.
Where permitted, payment-provider fees, bank charges, network fees, and currency-conversion costs may apply. These charges may be outside Numbrtech’s control.
6. Pricing, fees, and currency
Prices are generally displayed in Nigerian naira unless another currency is clearly shown. Prices may include provider costs, applicable fees, foreign-exchange conversion, an exchange-rate buffer, and a Numbrtech service margin.
Catalogue prices and estimates may change because of provider or foreign-exchange updates. The final server-confirmed amount shown before purchase is the amount you authorize Numbrtech to debit from your wallet.
If the price changes before the order is accepted, Numbrtech may require you to obtain and approve a new quote. We will not intentionally submit the changed purchase without renewed confirmation.
7. Virtual numbers
Virtual-number products are temporary or time-limited unless explicitly described otherwise. Number availability, supported services, rental periods, message delivery, and renewal options depend on third-party suppliers and telecommunications networks.
Numbrtech does not guarantee that every website, application, network, or third party will accept a particular number or deliver a message to it. You must check the selected country, service, number type, and duration before purchasing.
You must not use a virtual number for fraud, impersonation, unsolicited messaging, harassment, account theft, evasion of platform enforcement, or any activity prohibited by law or our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Gift cards
Gift-card products may be restricted by country, currency, brand, platform, denomination, account region, expiry rules, or the issuer’s own terms. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
Treat every gift-card number, PIN, and redemption code as confidential. Risk of unauthorized use may pass to you once the code is delivered to your authenticated account or designated delivery address.
Numbrtech is not responsible for loss caused by sharing a valid code, exposing account access, redeeming it on an incompatible account, or violating the issuer’s rules.
9. Orders and delivery
An order is not complete merely because you clicked a purchase button. Completion depends on price confirmation, sufficient wallet balance, security checks, provider acceptance, and successful fulfilment.
Order states may include pending, charged, active, completed, failed, refunded, or review required. When a provider response is uncertain, Numbrtech may hold the order for reconciliation or manual review instead of submitting it again or issuing an immediate refund.
You must not repeatedly submit an order when the interface tells you that its result is uncertain or under review. Use the available status tools or contact support.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Digital products are often fulfilled immediately and may become non-cancellable once accepted or delivered. Completed gift-card orders are generally not refundable after a usable code has been issued, except where required by law or accepted by the provider.
A virtual-number order may qualify for an automatic or reviewed refund where the supplier definitively rejects or cancels it and the requested service was not delivered. Eligibility depends on the order state, provider result, prior use, and applicable law.
If a provider response is incomplete, delayed, or uncertain, Numbrtech may temporarily retain the charged amount while investigating. This helps prevent both duplicate fulfilment and duplicate refunds. We will finalize the order or restore eligible funds after the result is reasonably established.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the Numbrtech wallet unless applicable law or the payment arrangement requires another method. External processing times may apply.
11. Acceptable use
You may use Numbrtech only for lawful and legitimate purposes. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, identity theft, impersonation, phishing, spam, harassment, exploitation, unauthorized account access, payment abuse, reselling without permission, or evading another platform’s lawful restrictions.
The complete rules are contained in our Acceptable Use Policy . A violation of that policy is also a violation of these Terms.
12. Third-party providers
Numbrtech relies on third parties for payments, hosting, email delivery, virtual numbers, gift cards, telecommunications, and other infrastructure. Their systems, eligibility rules, availability, and terms may affect the service.
A third-party brand displayed in the service belongs to its respective owner. Unless explicitly stated, displaying a product does not mean that the brand sponsors or endorses Numbrtech.
You may also be bound by the terms of a payment provider, gift-card issuer, telecommunications supplier, application, or other service you choose to use.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or close an account when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users or providers, comply with law, respond to a security risk, enforce these Terms, or prevent harm to the service.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice or an opportunity to contact support. Closing an account does not remove obligations arising from completed transactions, chargebacks, misuse, or applicable record-retention requirements.
14. Service disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Numbrtech is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, acceptance of a virtual number by every third party, or compatibility of every gift card with every account or region.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numbrtech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from provider downtime, network delays, incompatible product selection, unauthorized disclosure of delivered codes, or misuse of an account.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or other responsibility that applicable law makes non-excludable.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when the service, providers, risks, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. When required, we will give additional notice before material changes take effect.
Continuing to use Numbrtech after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
17. General terms
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it.
You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our permission. Numbrtech may transfer its rights and responsibilities as part of a legitimate business reorganization, financing, merger, or sale, subject to applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Numbrtech’s operations and your use of the service, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
