3. Google Sign-In

If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google provides Numbrtech with your verified email address and a unique Google account identifier. We use this information only to create, link, secure, and authenticate your Numbrtech account.

Numbrtech does not receive or store your Google password. Our current Google Sign-In implementation does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, photos, or other Google service content.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Create, verify, authenticate, and maintain user accounts.
  • Provide wallet functionality and process requested deposits, purchases, deliveries, and refunds.
  • Display transaction, order, rental, and purchase history.
  • Communicate service, security, verification, support, and transaction messages.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, account compromise, and prohibited activity.
  • Troubleshoot errors, maintain service reliability, and improve supported features.
  • Keep financial and operational records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Reasons for processing

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process personal information because it is necessary to provide the service you requested, because we have legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, because you gave consent, or because we must comply with legal obligations.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

6. When information is shared

We may share limited information with:

  • Payment processors that initialize, verify, and reconcile payments.
  • Digital-service suppliers that provide virtual numbers, gift cards, or related order fulfilment.
  • Hosting, database, security, analytics, and email-delivery providers that help operate Numbrtech.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other parties when disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor involved in a genuine merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We provide service providers only the information reasonably necessary for their role. Their processing may also be governed by their own privacy notices.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

7. Cookies and sessions

Numbrtech uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in, associate requests with your account, and protect authenticated features. The service may not function correctly if essential cookies are blocked.

We may also use local browser storage for interface preferences such as theme selection. These preferences do not replace the secure server session used for authentication.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate transactions and fraud, enforce our agreements, and meet financial, tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely restrict it. Some records may remain in protected backups until the normal backup cycle expires.

9. International transfers

Some providers supporting Numbrtech may process information outside your country. Where required, we use contractual, technical, organizational, or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted network connections, password hashing, session protections, request validation, and transaction records.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.

To submit a privacy or account-deletion request, email [email protected] . We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will never ask for your password by email.

12. Younger users

Numbrtech is not directed to children under 13. Anyone who has not reached the age of legal capacity in their country should use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

13. Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
